Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at Goutieu@gmail.com with your order number and photo documentation, if applicable. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
Split Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Pre-order or backordered items will ship as soon as they become available. You will be notified of estimated delivery dates at the time of order.
