Shipping Policy
Goutieú ships to Dubai and GCC countries from the United Arab Emirates. Orders are processed within one to three business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once dispatched, customers receive a confirmation email with tracking details. We ship using trusted couriers including DHL and Aramex.
- UAE: 1–3 business days
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control.
Customers must ensure address accuracy. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within seven days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all packaging included.
- Charms or keychains purchased individually are non-returnable
- Customised or personalised items cannot be returned
- Final sale or promotional items are non-refundable
Once received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. Shipping, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Goutieú does not offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different item, return the eligible product and place a new order.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within forty-eight hours with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
